Arrival and departure times
Rooms are available from 5pm on the day of arrival. They must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Booking and payment
Bookings can be made directly on our website via the secure booking module, which accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard with 3D Secure authentication.
To guarantee your booking, full payment of 100% of the total cost of your stay is required at the time of booking.
For any supplements or extended stays, payment must be made on site by cheque, Visa, Mastercard or cash.
Changes and cancellations
All requests for changes or cancellations must be made by telephone to +33 6 81 36 63 86 or by e-mail to info@jardindangele.com.
Cancellation policy - Jardin d'Angèle
– Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
– In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the amount already received will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy - Chalet Émilie
– Cancellation free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
– In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the amount already received will be retained as a cancellation fee.
